Sometime in the Future we hope we can make this a True Index a clear indicator to the
Safe level for Business in a Specific Region both in the UK and Overseas.

NO ONE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE
and as I would find it very useful I am sure any business would.

Also for many Countries which are seen as corrupt , but there is No Dogma about this fact.
Even by the Government, this index could prove a very good way for Enlightened Governments who come to power to gradually solve the problem.

So maybe they start with a Single Region which is stated as Policed Transparently
This is policed by the Government that this is kept to be true.
Then this will be reflected on this Index we will make.
County is RED but this Specific Region of the Country is Green

We therefore hope Governments will be providing their input as well as
Business people will be sending in their true experiences when things go wrong.

We will begin with the UK.
If you look at all the Regional Development Sites and DTI websites
No where is any mention
Of Police Corruption levels and our flow chart has never been made.
However this would be a large consideration for any prospective Investment.


We will therefore be posting a List of Police Forces who accept simple common sense
of what is and is not a Criminal Crime.

We will use for this our Simple Clear and Real Consensus Document.
After all if Lay people from 16 to 60 and experts both Technical and Criminal including Retired
Police officers know and can give a signed opinion of
What a Criminal Crime is, and I suspect the other 60 million citizens can do also
Then any Police Force with all their expensive training we pay for in tax

For fear of what their mates in other forces will say.

They will say this can only be done by the LAW being seen to be 100% Transparent
(Above all else the Americans also understand this)
The CITY of LONDON Police
Have stated the Level of UK fraud at 19 billion pounds and just like the Level of Drug Dealing.
It is a Statistical Guarantee that if Government Recommendations where implemented
To ensure Transparency of Policing of the Law
This level of Fraud would Fall.
It should therefore be a simple case of
The PM wants this, this is how it is achieved
Job done
