Here is my Personal but expert opinion based on my experience and knowledge

of the law as Retired POLICE INSPECTOR serving of the

WEST YORKSHIRE Police force.

If a person or company KNOWINGY delivers FALSE goods and takes payment in money or goods

Also supports that delivery with a signed document which again KNOWINGLY contains FALSE information which is intended to deceive

If that document is not just signed but signed as CORRECT when again the person signing knows the information is false.

Then that person or company has committed the CRIMINAL act of:


OBTAINING GOODS BY FRAUD AND DECEPTION.


Note:


This is highly detailed document and the location where specific goods are made is stated. There are large organisations in 2 of those cases.
